Jason Wu

Perhaps not one of the most fashion-forward collections from the week and I didn't really understand a lot of the styling, but I'm always a fan of a good jumper and the two above are no exception. I also love the juxtaposition of of textures which adds younger appeal to Wu's sophisticated and commercial collection. The bright colours were inspired by Beatriz Milhazes’ bold art works.

Nicole Miller

Definitely my favorite collection by far (but I'm sure this will change!) Nicole Miller's pieces were pure and cleansed. The mix of fabrications were designed to perfection and my favorite look was the fine gauge knitwear over the top of flowing chiffon layers.
Again, a collection that mixed both ultra-feminine flowing pieces and more tailored lighter Spring coats, I'm always a fan of mixing these two styles. Another element of detailing I particular liked was the triangular panelling and seams adding a more polished edge to a simple silhouette. The collection was elegant and classic with a younger edge.
Rag and Bone

After 2 days of 'cleansed' fashion, Rag and Bone's show became a little too much for me at some points- combining print, colour, strapping, cutout, knotting and metallic fabric- however, saying this, when they did tone this down, using only one or two of those elements in more uniform shades, it was easy to see how their ideas could work.
